Buyer's are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

This written warranty is the buyer’s exclusive remedy for any defect or breach of warranty.  The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose.  Some states do not allow limitation of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental and consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs. For your safety and the safety of your family, any necessary assembly or maintenance is recommended to be performed by a certified technician. There may be unforeseen issues that require the expertise and knowledge of a trained professional.  These issues include, but not limited to: electrical connections that have become disconnected in shipping, vacuum or fuel hose(s) dislodged in shipping and Loose nuts and bolts in need of tightening. While these issues are normally very simple to correct, most being a simple re-connection, they can be a nuisance and very difficult to troubleshoot without the proper knowledge. Our first concern at www.superatvs.com is your safety and satisfaction.  These vehicles will be driven at high speeds and by children in some cases. These concerns are better preserved by having your vehicle properly assembled and inspected prior to use.

Return Policy:

No return, no exchange, No refund for any reason. All are Final.  Before placing any order, you have full responsibility to check or consult with your local DMV(Dept. of Motors & Vehicles) for registration and license. 35% restocking fee will be charged and shipping freight is not refundable. We will refuse any return if you don't obtain our authorization(Return Merchandise Authorization Number). In order to keep you satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed under any curcumstances. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

However, colors may vary depending on your monitor and graphics may vary slightly due manufacture's updated versions within the model. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate nor the graphics to be exact as pictured. Most orders are fulfilled at your item's first color choice. Not all items or color choices may be in stock at the time of shipping. Therefore we request two color choices and will ship your order according to your 1st and 2nd color of choice. All vehicles require some simple assembly. Each vehicle is unique and will have different assembly requirements. Additional Clause for Online Purchases:
All items are brand new sealed in manufacture's packaging. Orders are processed and can be shipped within 1 - 6 business days from the date of purchase. We will email you your tracking number within 48 hours from the time your shipment leaves our warehouse so you can track your shipment en route. We use a third party LTL transportation company to delivery your order. Transit time may take, but not limited from 2-7 business days depending on how far you are from California . During holiday seasons, transit time may be an additional 3-5 business days. Order may not be cancelled or refused due to extended transit schedules. Order may be cancelled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However you will be charged a 6% merchant cost to reimburse us for the third party merchant fee. If you refuse to accept a delivery for a shipment, you agree to pay all shipping costs to and from. Refunds and returns are allowed upon mutual agreement of both parties.
