Our competitors will try to charge you for a 12-month engine warranty, but why should you pay for a warranty that the dealers receive for free? all units come with a 30-day parts warranty on all covered part defects to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase and your unit is as reliable as possible.  We guarantee our vehicles from manufacture defects within the advertised warranty period from the date you receive your vehicle. This warranty covers all parts necessary to restore product back to working condition. superatvs.com will service your vehicle under warranty at no additional costs. Buyer's are responsible to ship or tow in your vehicle to our facility for any warranty service(s). Any outside repair labor charges, down time, towing or shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

This written warranty is the buyer’s exclusive remedy for any defect or breach of warranty.  The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness of a particular purpose.  Some states do not allow limitation of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental and consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

You may extend your  warranty for motor or engine only by purchasing the following: 

·      12 Months Extended Warranty: $79

·      24 Months Extended Warranty: $119

·      36 Months Extended Warranty: $169

Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned to exchange for new replacement part(s). New replacement part(s) under warranty will be shipped to buyer at no additional costs. Returning your defective part(s) will ensure we send you the correct part(s) and assist us in monitoring and correcting potential manufacture defects.

For your safety and the safety of your family, any necessary assembly or maintenance is recommended to be performed by a certified technician. There may be unforeseen issues that require the expertise and knowledge of a trained professional.  These issues include, but not limited to: electrical connections that have become disconnected in shipping, vacuum or fuel hose(s) dislodged in shipping and Loose nuts and bolts in need of tightening. While these issues are normally very simple to correct, most being a simple re-connection, they can be a nuisance and very difficult to troubleshoot without the proper knowledge. Our first concern at superatvs.com is your safety and satisfaction.  These vehicles will be driven at high speeds and by children in some cases. These concerns are better preserved by having your vehicle properly assembled and inspected prior to use.

Return Policy :

At superatvs.com, No return and No refund for any kind of motorsports vehicles, scooters, atv, go-kart, dirt bike, utility vehicle, chopper, moped, motorcycle, super bike etc, Although we stand firmly behind our merchandise 100% regarding wrokmanship and quality. All sales are final, no return, no exchange.

For special cases approved by superatvs.com, first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Any items returned must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. Moreover, all returned merchandise is subject to a 35% restocking fee, All returned items must be authorized by us.

3. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

4. For any kind of scooters, ATV, quad, dirt bike, mopeds, go-kart, buggy, chopper, motorcycle, cruiser, super bike etc,

No refund, No return, All sales are final, only free replacement of parts if defective. Shipping charge is not refundable or non-credited back.

5. Please notify us immediately if damaged in shipping so we can help you to take proper steps to replace the damaged part and claim with the shipping carrier for damage compensation.

There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance or defective, all sales are FINAL! Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

·   This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, accidents or have not received proper maintenance.

·   All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that have any sustained damages.

·   The shipping expenses are not refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.

·   All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and original shipping and handling are not refundable! Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost!
